Customs once, not on every parcel
Since 1 July 2026, every low-value parcel entering the EU from outside pays a €3 customs duty per item type. Import your stock in bulk, duties paid, and each order then ships locally.

Orders placed by 2 pm (Paris time) leave the same day, and your customer gets tracking automatically. No customs fees at their door.
Returns handled in Europe
Your EU customers send returns to France, not overseas. Each one is checked, photographed and restocked when possible.

Yes. Most consumer products sold in the EU must have an economic operator established in the EU, such as an importer or an authorised representative. Make sure you have one before you send your stock.
We ship DDP: duties and taxes are paid before delivery, so your customer pays nothing on arrival. These costs are shown in your quote.
Yes. Stockova connects to Shopify, Amazon and WooCommerce, and your orders come straight to us.
